The 2026 CSFC Annual Summit

Join your COE colleagues this September in Sacramento to share facilities expertise, hear from key state officials, and discuss best practices and challenges with other county offices of education.
As always, the Summit is open to representatives from all COEs (CSFC membership is not a requirement for COE attendance), and our associate member friends. Given all that is happening in the world of facilities, the Summit is a can’t-miss event!
The 2026 Summit will cover topics such as:
- CUPCCAA insights and best practices
- Strategies to implement new state requirements
- A facilitated discussion on issues such at FIT inspections, delivery methods, and more
- Legislative and regulatory update from CSFC’s Legislative Advocates
- State agency updates and discussions with DSA, OPSC and CDE
- A COE project showcase
This year’s Summit will also feature a Networking Dinner on Thursday evening, included in your registration, giving attendees an opportunity to network with colleagues and CSFC leadership in a fun and casual environment. We hope you will join us in Sacramento this September!

Hotel Room Block
CSFC has secured discounted rate of $229+ tax/fees at the Westin Sacramento Riverfront Hotel & Spa for the night of September 10, 2026.
Rooms are limited and subject to availability. This group rate is only available until Thursday, August 20, 2026, so please act quickly to make your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
The CSFC office must receive written notice of cancellation before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026 in order to receive a full refund. Substitutions are allowed for employees of the same organization, at no additional charge. Please email any cancellation or substitution requests to CSFC Staff.
- Cancellations received after August 10, 2026 will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
- If notice of cancellation is not received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2026, a refund will not be issued and payment will be due for any outstanding balance.
- Registrations made on or after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2026, or no shows, are not eligible for refunds.
